Who we are

AI Lead Recovery by Daily Digitals (referred to in this policy as "AI Lead Recovery," "we," "us," and "our") is an independent publication operated by Daily Digitals at aileadrecovery.daily-digitals.com. The site is editorial in nature: we publish reviews and guides about software for local service businesses.

For privacy questions or data requests, contact: justin.cantrell@daily-digitals.com.

What information we collect

Information you give us directly

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, anything in the body of your message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to you and to maintain a record of the correspondence.

We do not currently operate a newsletter, account system, comment system, or contact form. If those features are added in the future, this policy will be updated before the feature ships.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically receive limited information sent by your browser, including IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and pages requested. These records are used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics. They are not used to build advertising profiles.

We may use a privacy-respecting analytics provider (for example, an aggregate-only product such as Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) to understand which pages are read. Where used, such providers do not set persistent cross-site cookies for advertising purposes.

Affiliate tracking

When you click an outbound link from this site, the destination site — not AI Lead Recovery — may set cookies or pass query parameters to attribute your visit to us for affiliate-commission purposes. We do not control those cookies. To understand a particular vendor's data practices, please review the privacy policy on the destination site after you click through.

For more on how affiliate links work on this site, see our affiliate disclosure.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site itself uses a minimal set of first-party cookies and storage, only as needed to operate basic functions such as remembering a light/dark theme preference (when supported by the browser session). We do not set third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Most modern browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Doing so will not break the site, though you may need to re-select a theme preference.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for an adult business audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable age), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or similar regional regimes. Those rights commonly include:

  • The right to know what personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to request a copy, correction, or deletion of that information.
  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email justin.cantrell@daily-digitals.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Because we collect very little personal information, in most cases the only data we hold about a reader will be email correspondence you initiated.

Data retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as necessary to support an ongoing conversation, handle follow-ups, and meet legal obligations. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the provider's defaults (typically less than 13 months).

Security

This site is served as static HTML over HTTPS. We rely on industry-standard hosting and content-delivery providers (such as Cloudflare) for transport security and DDoS mitigation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we ever experience a personal-data incident that affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Third-party links

This site links to many third-party tools, vendors, and news sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their policies directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.

Plain-English summary: We do not run ads, do not build advertising profiles, and do not sell reader data. We collect basic server logs to operate the site, respond to email you send us, and may use privacy-respecting analytics. Affiliate links are handled by the destination vendor's own systems.
