Stack selection (1–2 days)

Once you green-light the audit, we pick the right tools for your team. We are vendor-agnostic — the choice depends on team size, existing software, trade, and budget. You see the exact line-item software costs before anything is provisioned.

Install (5–10 business days)

We provision accounts, port or forward numbers as needed, write SMS templates and AI receptionist prompts in your voice, build call routing and escalation rules, and connect everything to your CRM. No "homework" for you beyond a kickoff call and a few approvals.

First-week tuning

Contacts, deals, and call logs live in your CRM (HubSpot, HighLevel, JobNimbus, etc.). Export is one click.

AI receptionist config

Prompts, booking flows, and escalation rules are documented and live in your AI receptionist tenant.

Templates & sequences

SMS templates and follow-up sequences are yours to keep. We deliver them in plain text alongside the live install.

Reporting

Every monthly report is archived in a folder you can access. You see the trend, not just the latest snapshot.

Software billing

Where possible, vendor invoices go directly to you. Where pass-through is needed, it is at cost with a line-item invoice.
