What does the setup fee cover?
Discovery, recommending the right vendors for your team, account setup and configuration, SMS template writing, AI receptionist prompt + booking flow design, CRM mapping, call routing rules, and a "first week" review where we tune everything based on real calls.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Active monitoring, weekly health checks, prompt and template tuning, vendor escalation when something breaks, monthly reporting, and being on call when a number, integration, or routing rule needs to change. It is not a software reseller fee.
What about software costs?
SMS providers, AI receptionist platforms, call tracking, and CRMs typically run $30–$450/month combined depending on package and team size. Those are billed by the vendor (preferred) or passed through at cost. We do not mark them up.
Is there a contract?
No. Setup is one-time. Management is month-to-month after that. Cancel anytime — you keep your numbers, accounts, lists, and CRM data.
Do you take a percentage of recovered revenue?
No. Flat fee. We think percentage models create perverse incentives (you start "winning" when the bill goes up). The audit will show whether the flat fee makes sense for your call volume.
Can I just buy the audit?
The audit is free. We do not charge for it because it doubles as our sales process — if our recommendation does not justify the cost for your business, we will say so.
